The Recipe

Ingredients

avocado, large
¾ cup parmesan, grated
¼ cup bacon bits
1 tsp
lemon juice
½ tsp garlic powder
½ tsp italian seasoning
½ tsp sea salt & pepper to taste

Directions

1 Preheat oven to 325°F
2 Line baking sheet with parchment paper
3 In medium bowl, mash avocado. Mix in parmesan, bacon bits, lemon juice, garlic powder, italian seasoning and season with salt & pepper
4 Spoon scoops of mixture onto baking sheet (teaspoon-sized). Flatten with spoon
5 Bake 15-20 minutes, until golden brown
