|¼ cup||cream cheese|
|1 tsp||sour cream|
|2 tsp||lemon juice|
|½ zest||large lemon|
|1 tbsp||Keto Farms Keto Matcha powder|
|¼ tsp||vanilla extract|
|1/16 tsp||sea salt|
|¼ cup||shredded unsweetened coconut|
|1||Mix all ingredients (except shredded coconut) until dough forms|
|2||Freeze dough 5 minutes|
|3||Using your hands, roll chilled dough into 10 small balls|
|4||Coat each ball in shredded coconut|
|5||Freeze for 30 more minutes and enjoy!|
