The Recipe

Ingredients

Qty: Item:
¼ cup cream cheese
1 tsp sour cream
2 tsp lemon juice
½ zest large lemon
1 tbsp Keto Farms Keto Matcha powder
¼ tsp vanilla extract
1/16 tsp sea salt
¼ cup shredded unsweetened coconut

Directions

1 Mix all ingredients (except shredded coconut) until dough forms
2 Freeze dough 5 minutes
3 Using your hands, roll chilled dough into 10 small balls
4 Coat each ball in shredded coconut
5 Freeze for 30 more minutes and enjoy!
