And now with a crazy simple keto recipe…

You can have a guilt-free version of your childhood favorite anytime you're craving one.

You’ll need only 4 ingredients and 5 minutes of prep time to make this frappe. We’ve found peanut butter gives just enough sweetness, but feel free to sweeten with monk fruit, stevia or your sweetener of choice.

The Recipe

4 servings

Ingredients

Qty: Item:
1 cup
heavy whipping cream
2 tbsp natural peanut butter
1 tbsp unsweetened cocoa powder
1-3 tbsp* Lakanto or Swerve powder sweetener (*optional)  
1 tsp vanilla extract
¼ tsp sea salt to top

Directions

1 Mix all ingredients in bowl and beat until stiff peaks form
2 Place in ziploc bag and freeze 40 minutes (until barely frozen)
3 Cut one corner of bag and squeeze into serving cups

    Well . . . . . . it was ‘good’. But, I cannot say it tasted like a ‘Frosty’. It tastes like frozen whipped cream.

    Did anyone get a chemical taste out of this? I just put it in the freezer, hopefully it goes away!

    Where and when do you use the sea salt ? Is it incorporated into the mixture or sprinkled on top (as suggested in the Ingredients section ).

    If you only take a serving how long will this last in the freezer? Also, can you use the powered peanut butter?
