What do you get when you cross soft-serve ice cream with a milkshake?
This classic Keto Chocolate Peanut Butter Wendy's Frosty,.
And now with a crazy simple keto recipe…
You can have a guilt-free version of your childhood favorite anytime you're craving one.
You’ll need only 4 ingredients and 5 minutes of prep time to make this frappe. We’ve found peanut butter gives just enough sweetness, but feel free to sweeten with monk fruit, stevia or your sweetener of choice.
Optional: Whipped cream or chopped nuts to top (we use our Maple Candied Pecans)
Directions
1
Mix all ingredients in bowl and beat until stiff peaks form
2
Place in ziploc bag and freeze 40 minutes (until barely frozen)
3
Cut one corner of bag and squeeze into serving cups

After a epic crustless pumpkin pie failure, I needed a quick dessert. I’ve made other keto frosty recipes, but one is the best. I used 3 tablespoons of powdered Swerve and it was delicious. Thanks for saving Thanksgiving dessert.

I made this but added 3 tbsp powdered Swerve sweetener (per other “Keto Frosty” recipes out there) and it came out really delicious!

I would say the sweetner is definitely missing from this recipe!

Where is the sweetener in this. Seems like it would taste awful without sweetener
