You’ll need only 4 ingredients and 5 minutes of prep time to make this frappe. We’ve found peanut butter gives just enough sweetness, but feel free to sweeten with monk fruit, stevia or your sweetener of choice.

The Recipe

Ingredients

Qty: Item:
1 cup
heavy whipping cream
2 tbsp natural peanut butter
1 tbsp unsweetened cocoa powder
1 tsp vanilla extract
¼ tsp sea salt to top

Directions

1 Mix all ingredients in bowl and beat until stiff peaks form
2 Place in ziploc bag and freeze 40 minutes (until barely frozen)
3 Cut one corner of bag and squeeze into serving cups
