Ingredients (for biscuits)
|1 ½ cup||almond flour|
|4 tbsp||unsalted grass-fed butter, melted|
|6 tbsp||sour cream|
|½ cup||shredded cheddar cheese|
|1 tbsp||baking powder|
|1 tsp||garlic powder|
|¼ tsp||sea salt|
Ingredients (for topping)
|2 tbsp||grass-fed butter, melted|
|1 tbsp||parsley, minced|
|1||Preheat oven to 450°F.|
|2||Grease 12-cup muffin pan.|
|3||In large bowl, mix almond flour, baking powder, garlic powder and salt.|
|4||n small bowl, whisk together eggs, sour cream and butter. Add to large bowl of dry ingredients.|
|4||Mix until thick batter forms. Stir in cheese.|
|5||Scoop batter into muffin cup (~¼ cup of batter per). Continue until all batter is used up.|
