The Recipe

Ingredients (for biscuits)

Qty: Item:
1 ½ cup almond flour
4 tbsp unsalted grass-fed butter, melted
6 tbsp sour cream
½ cup shredded cheddar cheese
½ cup eggs
1 tbsp baking powder
1 tsp garlic powder
¼ tsp sea salt

Ingredients (for topping)

2 tbsp grass-fed butter, melted
½ tsp
garlic powder
1 tbsp parsley, minced

Directions

1  Preheat oven to 450°F.
2 Grease 12-cup muffin pan.
3 In large bowl, mix almond flour, baking powder, garlic powder and salt.
4 n small bowl, whisk together eggs, sour cream and butter. Add to large bowl of dry ingredients.
4 Mix until thick batter forms. Stir in cheese.
5 Scoop batter into muffin cup (~¼ cup of batter per). Continue until all batter is used up.
6 Bake biscuits 10 minutes until golden brown.
7 While biscuits bake,, combine melted butter, garlic powder and parsley in small bowl.
8 Brush topping on biscuits right after removing from oven.
9 Try not to eat them all!
