Make a batch of these Keto Peanut Butter Brownie Bites.

These brownies taste just like the real thing.

Peanut butter makes them extra-delicious. And bite-size portions makes them extra-snackable.

And no.. that’s not powdered sugar on top. We dusted them with MCT oil powder – oh how keto!

The Recipe

Ingredients

8 tbsp
butter, softened
4 tbsp coconut oil
3 eggs
2 oz dark chocolate
2 tbsp cocoa powder
¾ cup erythritol
(we use Lakanto)
½ cup almond flour
½ tsp baking powder
½ cup natural peanut butter

Directions

1 Preheat oven to 350°F
2 Line parchment paper on 8x8 dish, covering sides
3 Mix butter, coconut oil and dark chocolate in a bowl. Microwave for 30 seconds
4 In separate bowl, mix dry ingredients: almond flour, erythritol, cocoa powder and baking powder
5 In big bowl, crack eggs and beat with mixer
6 Add butter / dark chocolate mixture and continue mixing
7 Mix in dry ingredients gradually until batter forms
8 Pour batter in pan and bake 15-20 minutes
9 Cut into 1x1” squares and spoon peanut butter between 2 squares. Optional: dust with MCT oil powder
