This recipe trades sugar in for flavorful fats.
Avocado and coconut butter give it a rich creaminess. Lemon brightens. And mint and parsley deliver that refreshing finish.

Ingredients

| ¼ cup | hot water |
| ½ cup | coconut milk, full-fat |
| 1 tbsp | coconut butter |
| 1 half | medium avocado |
| ¼ cup | spinach |
| 1 ½ tbsp | parsley |
| 1 ½ tbsp | mint leaves |
| ½ juice | small lemon |
| 3-4 | ice cubes |
Directions
| 1 | Boil water |
| 2 | Blend Keto Matcha with hot water for 20 sec |
| 3 | Add remaining ingredients to blender |
| 4 | Blend on high for 30 seconds and enjoy! |
