This recipe was inspired by Kendall Sargeant, @kndlsargeant and included in our Top 10 Keto Snack Recipes of 2018 roundup.

When you’re craving a healthy, refreshing drink what do you reach for?

A juice? A smoothie?

Yum.

But what about the sugar?

A single NAKED Juice has 53g of sugar – that’s enough to send your blood sugar to the moon!

So if you want a treat that’s actually healthy...

Try this:

Refreshing Keto Matcha Smoothie with Avocado, Lemon & Mint

This recipe trades sugar in for flavorful fats.

Avocado and coconut butter give it a rich creaminess. Lemon brightens. And mint and parsley deliver that refreshing finish.

Plus matcha is one of the healthiest drinks on the planet. It has:

  • 137x the antioxidants of green tea
  • 3x the caffeine of green tea
  • L-theanine to naturally relax the mind

This recipe is a nutrition powerhouse. It’s your morning smoothie. It’s your afternoon pick-me-up.

Drink both servings and it can even be your lunch – like a hearty salad in a glass.

We have one of these almost every day. It’s one of those drinks you just feel healthier after having.

Enjoy!
